The Alicante area is also one of the most visited and important destinations in Spain. Here, there are many people who want a holiday or a permanent residence and of course we have a large selection of apartments, terraced houses and villas.

Here there is something for everyone from children, young people, adults and the slightly older generation. The range and the area are large and here you can stroll in a fantastic harbour, stroll along shopping streets, go to the market and eat and shop in the Saluhallen. For those who enjoy shopping, there is a large selection. Also in the cities south of Alicante, such as Gran Alacant and Santa Pola.

The well-visited harbor area, which is accessed directly from the center, is located at the foot of Mount Benacantil, where the beautiful castle/fortress of Santa Barbara is located, dating from the 9th century.

Sun, sea and beaches

The beaches in and around the Alicante area are many, beautiful and well visited. Just north of Alicante is Playa de San Juan with its kilometer-long sandy beach, followed by a string of coves, and several beaches such as Playa de la Albufereta and Playa del Postiguet, but it doesn't end here.

Our beautiful area extends down to Playa del Saladar in El Altet and on to Playa de los Arenales in Gran Alacant and to all the lovely beaches in and around Santa Pola. The largest of these beaches are Playa Lisa and Playa de Santa Pola. Here you will also find our nice office.

Where Santa Pola's beaches end, the mile-long Playa del Pinet takes over and it goes all the way to the cozy village of La Marina and continues to Guardamar.

The nature in this area is fantastic and there is a large selection of hiking trails and it is both for beginners who want to walk and also for those who want a little more heights and challenges. Of course, golf is something that attracts many to all these beautiful and fine courses, all year round.

For those interested in history, there is a lot to see in terms of architecture and buildings such as the San Nicholas Cathedral dating back to the 15th century.
