My name is Martin, and I've been working with real estate since I was 16 years old. For several years I worked as a real estate broker in Sweden's capital, Stockholm, selling both second-hand and new development properties. The fast-paced environment of Stockholm taught me invaluable lessons in negotiation, market analysis, and client relations.

In addition to my brokerage work, I've also worked with project management, overseeing new developments not only in Stockholm but also in the ski resorts in Sweden. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders, I've played a pivotal role in bringing ambitious real estate projects to fruition, from sleek urban condominiums to cozy alpine chalets.

Being tired of -30 degree, Costa del Sol was the perfect change. I've felt at home since day one. Combining the atmosphere here in Marbella with real estate feels like the perfect lifestyle for me.
