CIUDAD QUESADA AND ROJALES | FOR THOSE WHO WANT A BIT OF EVERYTHING.
Ciudad Quesada and Rojales are two neighboring areas offering a perfect blend of authentic Spanish charm, an international lifestyle, and scenic surroundings. Located just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and the city life of Torrevieja, this is an ideal area whether you are here permanently or on vacation. The area has become very popular because it offers everything one could wish for-from golf courses, hiking trails, and gastronomy to shopping-or simply the chance to enjoy the good life.
CIUDAD QUESADA | A MODERN RESIDENTIAL AREA WITH AN INTERNATIONAL ATMOSPHERE
Ciudad Quesada is a well-planned, attractive residential area that draws an international population from all over the world. Here, you will find a wide range of properties, including large modern villas, homes with classic Mediterranean designs, and traditional townhouses of various sizes. The area is known for its relaxed, comfortable lifestyle and offers a wealth of restaurants, bars, shops, and services. There are also entertainment options and activities for the whole family, such as a golf course, a water park, mini-golf, and beautiful parks for both people and dogs.
ROJALES | AUTHENTIC CHARM, CULTURE, AND HISTORY
Right next to Ciudad Quesada lies the historic town of Rojales, one of the oldest towns on the southern Costa Blanca. Rojales is known for the river that flows through the town center, dividing the town into two parts. Here you will find historical attractions such as the famous *Cuevas del Rodeo* cave dwellings, which have been transformed into an artists' quarter where local artisans and artists showcase their work. You can enjoy lovely walks and bike rides in a beautiful setting along the Segura River. A local market is held weekly, offering fresh produce and local delicacies.
Rojales is perfect for those seeking Spanish authenticity while still wanting easy access to modern amenities and the coast.
GOLF, NATURE, AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES
For golfers, we recommend a visit to the La Marquesa golf course; it features a modern design following major renovations in the late 2010s. The course is situated in a charming valley surrounded by hillsides and offers beautiful views. The clubhouse area also hosts a variety of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops.
El Recorral is one of the area's largest parks; it is a popular gathering spot for families to socialize, barbecue, and simply enjoy the wonderful climate. The park features a lake teeming with fish, which also attracts a variety of fascinating birds and small wildlife. A popular walking trail circles the park.
Although Ciudad Quesada and Rojales are located slightly inland, they are just a 10-minute drive from some of the Costa Blanca's most beautiful beaches-such as those in Guardamar and La Mata. These are among the longest and most scenic beaches in the region, making them perfect for a day of sun and swimming.
