We at SkandiaMäklarna are pleased to welcome our customers to this cozy and really nice apartment in the incredibly popular area of ??Rosaleda, just north of the center of Torrevieja. The apartment consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and kitchen and two lovely patios. One patio is a balcony where you can see the common pool area and the other patio is a large lovely terrace with space for both a lounge group, dining area and barbecue area. The community is a so-called gated community.
Rosaleda is an area where many Scandinavians choose to buy their holiday homes in the sun. Much thanks to its proximity to most things as there is a large selection of bars, restaurants, shops and all necessary services in the area, regardless of whether your stay is permanent or on vacation. There are several green and leafy urbanizations here that give a lovely exotic feeling mixed with genuinely Spanish buildings. Torrevieja is a lively city all year round with entertainment for the whole family regardless of interests or age such as golf, mini golf, bowling, go-cart, shopping or why not spend the days on one of the nearby beaches?
