We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are very happy to welcome our customers to the large apartment on the first beach line at the famous Cura beach, right in the center of Torrevieja. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, WC, living room and kitchen with laundry room. From the living room you can go out to the lovely balcony with the absolutely magical view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach. There was previously a fourth bedroom here that has been removed to make the living room even larger. The entire apartment is very well maintained and the kitchen was renovated in 2018 and the windows and balcony doors have been replaced with insulating glass. The apartment also has a parking space in the shared garage.
The home has an incredibly good location and since the apartment is located in the center of Torrevieja, you are within walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the services you want during your stay in Spain. Torrevieja has a wide range of entertainment for the whole family and all ages such as go-carts, bowling, cinema, shopping, golf etc. Everything for all interests. The city has a wide culinary offer with high quality restaurants and bars. Central Torrevieja also has a cozy harbor and the city is alive all year round. There are several beaches to spend the days on.
