We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are pleased to be able to offer our customers this wonderful penthouse in Higuericas, just south of Torre de la Horadada. From the living room and one of the bedrooms you can go out to the spacious balcony in the sunniest south-facing position which also has a staircase leading up to the private roof terrace with a nice view of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea. Higuericas is a growing area just south of La Torre and just north of San Pedro de Pinatar. This is where many developers choose to build homes thanks to the high-quality and long Higuericas beach which attracts tens of thousands of visitors annually. Within walking and cycling distance there is a wide range of restaurants and all necessary services but also the city of Pilar for those who want a little city life. Within a 30 minute drive there are about 10 golf courses.
