We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are very pleased to be able to offer our customers a well-maintained and very homely apartment in the quiet but growing area of ??La Herrada, just outside Los Montesinos. It is a ground floor apartment with two lovely patios. One patio is located directly on the ground floor while the other is a glazed terrace that can be used as a dining area or entrance. Both terraces are south-facing. The apartment itself consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen with an associated patio. The community has a shared green pool area that was renovated in the spring of 2026.
La Herrada is a quiet and pleasant area and there is a grocery store and a few restaurants, but thanks to the good location between Los Montesinos, Ciudad Quesada and Benijofar, you have cycling distance to all conceivable services you could need, such as banks, shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach and golf course can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. There are nice walking paths among the plantations. La Herrada is a growing area where several new construction projects are being built.
