We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are happy to show our customers this cozy corner house in the quiet but popular area of San Luis. The home consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, living room and kitchen as well as a glazed terrace that leads out to yet another terrace. Both terraces are in a sunny south-facing position with sun pretty much all day. The house is in a well-kept original condition.

Torrevieja and its surroundings offer fun for the whole family and all ages, such as golf, bowling, cinema, shopping and hanging out on the beach. The city's largest shopping center can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and the nearest beach in about 10 minutes.
