We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are pleased to offer you this wonderful and luxurious villa in Ciudad Quesada. The villa was built in 2014 in a modern style with plenty of light and fine material choices, which makes the house very pleasant. The house consists of two floors + a basement and roof terrace. On the entrance floor there is a fantastically nice living room with an open kitchen and a guest toilet. From the living room you can go out to a terrace by the entrance and by the kitchen. If you take the stairs up one floor, there are two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Further up the stairs is the roof terrace with a nice view of the surrounding area, the salt lake and even a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. At the bottom of the house there is a basement with a living room, two rooms each with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry room and its own entrance from the plot. On the grounds there are wonderful spaces for socializing, a private pool, a fantastically nice outdoor kitchen and storage. The residence belongs to a community with an associated shared pool area.
Ciudad Quesada is an area where there are people and movement all year round. Here there is a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the services you need during your stay in the area. Here you can find entertainment such as mini golf, golf, bowling, hiking trails, water park, etc. Quesada is an area where there is something for all ages! The Norwegian school is also located here. In 10 minutes by car you can reach several beaches as well as the two cities of Torrevieja and Guardamar.
