We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are happy to be able to offer our customers this spacious and well-maintained townhouse in Playa Flamenca. The residence is on three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen with laundry room, a bathroom and a lovely terrace with morning sun. One floor up there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a glazed balcony. At the bottom is another living room with open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The community has a shared pool area where you can take a refreshing dip.
Playa Flamenca is a lively area all year round and here you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the necessary services for your stay in the area, whether it is permanent or on holiday. The nearest shopping center is about 300 meters from the house and can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Within cycling distance is the coast's largest shopping centre, Zenia Boulevard, but also the Saturday market, which is organized every week all year round. In addition to high-class shopping, the area also offers go-carts, bowling, a casino, water parks or why not play 18 holes on one of the 4 nearby golf courses.
