We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are happy to offer our customers this really well-maintained townhouse in one of Villamartin's most expansive areas. The terraced house has two floors. On the entrance floor there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom as well as two large terraces, one facing south and one facing north. Upstairs are the home's second bedroom, second bathroom and two spacious balconies. These are also located in south and north orientation. This means that you can always choose whether you want to enjoy the sun or cool off in the shade. From one balcony you can also go up to the roof terrace which has a view of the surrounding area. To the community there are three communal pools. Two pools are outdoors and one is indoors for the slightly colder months with an associated sauna.
Orihuela Costa is a popular area with fun for the whole family such as go-carts, mini golf, shopping, casino or why not play on one of the municipality's 4 golf courses. The coast's largest shopping center, Zenia Boulevard, is also located here within a few minutes' drive. For the beach lover, there are many lovely beaches nearby. Here there is a large selection of restaurants, bars and all the services you could possibly need. Villamartin is a golfer's paradise and within a 10-minute drive you can reach no fewer than 4 high-quality golf courses, of which Las Colinas is considered one of Spain's best.
