Here at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja we are very happy to show our customers this really nice and cozy apartment in the popular area of Nueva Torrevieja, just north of the city center. The apartment is in very good condition and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen as well as a balcony. From the balcony, which is east facing with morning sun, you can look down to the common pool area where you can take a refreshing dip when it gets hottest. The apartment also has its own parking space in the area.
Since the apartment is well located in Torrevieja, you are within walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the services you want during your stay in Spain. Torrevieja has a large selection of entertainment for the whole family and all ages such as go-carts, bowling, cinema, shopping, golf etc. Everything for all interests. The city has a large culinary selection with high-quality restaurants and bars. Central Torrevieja also has a cozy harbor and the city is alive all year round. There are several beaches to spend the days on.
