The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen as well as a cozy balcony, a private roof terrace and a large plot on the ground floor that can be decorated completely according to your wishes and taste. On the roof terrace there is also space for barbecues, socializing with friends or why not just enjoy the absolutely fantastic view of the surrounding area, the nearby golf course and even the Mediterranean Sea. Villamartin is a golfer's paradise with no less than 4 golf courses in the vicinity, of which Las Colinas is considered one of Spain's absolute best courses.
