We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are very happy to be able to show our customers this renovated apartment on the first line in the charming beach resort of Lo Pagan, right on one of the Mar Menor's absolutely finest beaches. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and hall. It was completely renovated in 2017 in a bright, modern and very stylish design that makes the apartment very pleasant to stay in. From the living room you can go out to the cozy balcony with an absolutely fantastic view of the beaches and the Mar Menor lagoon. You can also enjoy the aforementioned view from the living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The apartment also has a private roof terrace with nice areas for grilling, sunbathing or just hanging out while having incredible views. The community also has a shared roof terrace.
Lo Pagan is a nice area that attracts people from all over Europe thanks to its genuine environments, lovely beach and calm pace. There is a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and all the services you could need, whether you are here on holiday or on a permanent basis. There is also a cozy port area. The large shopping centre Dos Mares is a short drive away and within 30 minutes by car you can reach about 10 golf courses, some of which are highly ranked in the Spanish golf world. The city of Murcia and the historic coastal city of Cartagena are also about 30 minutes by car.
