We at SkandiaMäklarna have the great pleasure of welcoming our customers to this fantastic villa in the leafy and scenic area of ??Los Balcones, just southwest of Torrevieja. The villa is truly spacious and is suitable for both a large family or as a multi-generational residence. The house consists of two floors. On the entrance floor/upper floor there is a welcoming hall, a large living room with open kitchen and dining area as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms and access to a lovely roofed terrace with plenty of space for socializing. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom, gym/living room and the cool master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom has the feel of a hotel room. From the gym/living room you can go out to the large plot and the private pool area with a pool to cool off in but also good areas for socializing and enjoying the sun. On the garden there is also a garage and storage room. The crowning glory of this house is the absolutely fantastic roof terrace with lounge area, large dining areas, a cozy jacuzzi and finally a wonderful view of the surrounding area, salt lake, Torrevieja and the Mediterranean Sea.
Los Balcones is an incredibly popular area that is also seen as exclusive. Here there are many large houses with spacious plots and lush gardens but also genuinely Spanish townhouses. In the area there are several grocery stores, restaurants, bars and proximity to the services needed during your time in Spain. The nearest beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and for those who want to go on an excursion, the motorway is also about 5 minutes from here. In Los Balcones there is also Torrevieja's tennis club and here there are boules courts, football pitches, basketball courts etc.
