From the balcony you have a view of the surrounding area, the common pool area and a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. The renovation is done in a modern style and well-chosen materials. The community has a closed parking lot with unnumbered parking spaces.
Punta Prima is a lively area with life and movement all year round. There is a very large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the necessary services needed for your stay in the area. Punta Prima beach has been awarded a blue flag thanks to its high quality and accessibility for the disabled. In the immediate area there are amusements such as go-carts, golf, mini-golf or why not take a trip to the coast's largest shopping center, Zenia Boulevard. So there is something here for all ages and pleasures. The nearby beach is within walking distance from the residence.
